About the Seminar:

You live in a 24/7 world that moves at blistering speed.

It seems nearly everyone is rushing around trying to do more in the time they have. Instead of doing the same work and chores in less time, technology is driving us to do more work in the same amount of time—and we end up extending ourselves, losing sleep, risking our health, and sabotaging our relationships.

According to the American Psychological Association, “Chronic stress, stress that interferes with your ability to function normally over an extended period, is a growing public health crisis.” These high stress levels impact the daily lives of men, women, and even children, disrupting every part of life from sleep and work to physical and mental health and relationships. More than 40 percent of adults suffer adverse health effects—including heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis, and suicide—all linked to stress!

But even when we’re at rest, we’re busy. We are glued to our smartphones or Facebook, obsessively checking in with the office even during our time off … always trying to keep up with “friends” we barely know on social media while our real family and friends are sitting just across the table.

Our lack of consistent, uninterrupted rest and peaceful meditation is actually robbing us of our ability to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Perhaps it’s time to hit the “pause” button.

Amazingly, imprinted on the very fabric of time itself is a 24-hour period that was forever meant to be a time of rest for every human being on the planet, a day that the entire world has forgotten. It’s called the Sabbath, and learning about it and adopting it into your life will bring stunning physical and emotional rewards to your life and your family.

But the Sabbath is so much more—it’s part of God’s law, it is significant in Bible prophecy, it’s crucial to your lasting health, and it will play a huge part in your life and the last days.

The Last Day of Prophecy, an extraordinary, life-changing seven-part series presented by Amazing Facts and Pastor Doug Batchelor, will teach you everything you want to know about the Sabbath, and it will change your life in ways you never imagined!

Our home on the web was designed to reflect something very important to us as a church family:

Our Mission Statement

"We exist to introduce people to Jesus and to nurture them toward maturity as His disciples. "

How we plan to do this is our              Vision Statement

EXALT our God in group and personal worship.
EDIFY one another through love toward spiritual and relational maturity.
EXTEND God’s Kingdom by carrying unconditional love, mercy, grace, justice, and service to our communities.
EVANGELIZE our communities by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ our Savior.
ENJOY abundant life together as we EXALT, EDIFY, EXTEND, AND EVANGELIZE.

We invite you to explore our site, and see who we are, and what we are doing in our little corner of the world.

God Bless!
