Dear Concord Church members,
We value your heart and your perspective. As we look toward the coming months, we invite your suggestions, ideas, and dreams for our church. While administrative tasks are necessary to keep our doors open, we want to shift our primary energy away from "business as usual." The heartbeat of Concord Church is found in:
Spiritual Growth: Deepening our personal walk with God.
Christ-like Character: Reflecting His love in every interaction.
Community Outreach: Being a light to our neighbors in Concord and surrounding communities.
Specifically, we are looking for ways to revitalize these three areas:
1. Weekly Prayer Meetings: How can we make these more accessible and transformational? How can we ensure that our prayers move beyond our own needs that will result in a spiritual awakening in our church and in the Greater Concord community?
2. Sabbath School: How can our classes become better environments for both learning and genuine fellowship within our church family?
3. Ministry Participation: What would inspire you—or others—to step into a ministry role? What currently holds you back from participating in a ministry? Are there ministries we haven’t started yet- perhaps in new ministries (digital, school-based, or local) you feel called to lead?

While board sessions are dedicated to processing agenda items, your voice is vital. The Agenda item (Proposal/Vision Form) is designed to be your direct line to the board, ensuring your ideas are documented, reviewed, and given the prayerful attention they deserve before we meet.
Submission Deadline
To be considered for an upcoming board agenda, forms must be submitted before the Sunday prior to the board meeting, 4 days before the meeting date.

Our Church Board generally meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 6:30 pm via Zoom. We recognize that some members wish to observe the board in action. To ensure our meetings remain productive and focused on the agenda, guests are welcome by prior arrangement.
If you would like to attend as an observer, please contact Pastor Kim at least 48 hours in advance.
Please note that while guests are welcome to observe, only elected board members hold a "voice and vote" during these sessions unless a guest has been specifically invited to present an item.
